PROCEDURE NON NEGOTIABLE

 SELLERS  PROCEDURE :
 1. Buyer and Seller sign Final Contract after exchanging ICPO and FCO & Draft Contract.
2. Seller issues a FCO from information Buyer has on LOI.
3. Buyer makes any necessary notes on FCO and sends back to Seller
4. Seller sends Draft Contract for review
5. Buyer sends back final contract signed and sealed and will be considered Original.
6. Buyers bank sends to Sellers bank via swift MT**9 proof of funds in block form in the name of seller in the attached preferred verbiage. Buyer sends MT**0 swift to sellers bank.
7. Buyer is invited for yard visit 
8. Seller sends 2%PB to activate the Buyers MT**0.
9. Seller commences shipment.
*0. Buyer can inspect loading (if necessary)
